Get a Rental Estimate
Use our
Rental Estimate Request Page to get an email estimate within
approximately 24 hours. This is the starting point for each rental.
Whether you use our online form or speak with us by phone, we use the
estimate to handle pricing, dates and equipment needed. This later
turns into your invoice when you confirm what your equipment needs are and
decide to place a rental reservation.

Need a large quantity of tables?
We can do that!
We specialize in making
tables and other rental equipment available for events and shows, and can accommodate most
sizes. It's best to make your reservation early if you expect
to need a large number of tables. This ensures that we can
have the tables you need on hand when you need them. We
recommend a 4-8 week advance reservation for quantities over 20
tables. Early reservations help ensure that we will have exactly the
equipment you need to you on time and stress free!

Save on Rental Prices with our CE Provider
Program
Some rental customers prefer to make new equipment available
for purchase at their events, so please let us know if you might be
interested in a
Continuing
Education Provider Program. This can save you return
shipping costs, get great pricing for your event participants, and earn
profits! We use Oakworks tables only for CE providers that want to
earn profits by making tables available for sale at events.

Security Deposit
A
security deposit is required prior to
every rental, and is usually made by authorizing a credit card.
Massage Table Rentals will authorize the
deposit amount on the credit card
provided rather than charging the card for the deposit amount.
However, rental items that are not returned by the agreed upon
return date may be charged to this credit card at retail value.
Tears, breaks, or missing parts will be repaired or replaced
at the expense of a renter that causes this damage

Ready to
Rent?
To complete your rental reservation, you need a completed
estimate for your equipment. Use the
Rental Request page to get an estimate for your specific days, location
and quantity. We convert this estimate to an invoice and reserve
equipment for you when we receive a completed Rental Agreement and payment
information you will use for your rental. Use the links below to
get information and complete your rental reservation.

faxed to us, while the online form transmits to us immediately via the web.

Pickup, Drop-off and Shipping Information

National
Shipping? No problem!
Rentals are available nationwide. Tables and chairs ship from Chicago
to your designated location via FedEx Ground, or in an emergency via FedEx
Express. We will accommodate other carriers upon request if pre-arranged. Tables and chairs ship insured with this reliable national
carrier. If economy is your goal, we can work with Yellow transportation
for even more affordable shipping.
Pickup and Drop-off Policies & Guidelines
Our professional use tables and chairs may be picked up and dropped off slightly before or after paid rental days, with the extra transportation allowance of no more than 12 hours. If drop-off and pickup times exceed 12 hours total beyond the day or week the agreement is made for, an additional day will be charged.
Shipping
& Event Transportation Services
We ship nationally and have
developed proven and reliable programs with our carriers to ensure the
highest quality service available at reasonable rates. We can also work with
Chicago land area carriers for local trade shows, hotels, expos and events. Most trade shows offer transport services, so you may want to
ask your trade show administrator if you plan to use the equipment for this type of event.
Shipping Policies & Guidelines
In the event your rental requires
shipping to your location, The day of pick up and the day the product is
tendered to the carrier for return are free rental days. We offer this
as a way to reduce our customers rental costs while your equipment is in
transit. You can expect the equipment to to be shipped anywhere
in the lower 48 states in 1-4 business days (Not including the day of
shipment). We will provide an exact estimate of transit time with your
rental estimate.
While we highly recommend using
our preferred carrier, FedEx, due to the systems and processes we have
established with them, we will accept return shipping via an alternate
carrier on an exception basis. We very strongly recommend fully
insuring tables or chairs that you rent and use a local carrier to handle.
Equipment must be returned without damage to avoid repair fees.
